Community First at FCB

As a local community bank, First Community Bank makes every effort to put the needs of our community first. We are active participants in our community in many ways including sponsoring ball teams of all kinds; supporting and sponsoring local events and fundraisers; and encouraging our employees in their community service activities.

Volunteering

Volunteering is a great way to give back to the community and make a positive impact on people's lives. At First Community Bank, we take pride in volunteering our time to various causes and events in the community. Our team members are encouraged to participate in volunteer activities during work hours or after hours to support local charities, schools, and non-profit organizations. From organizing food drives and participating in fundraising events to mentoring youth and supporting community events, our team members are always willing to lend a helping hand. We believe that volunteering not only benefits the community but also helps us grow as individuals and become more connected to the people and places around us.

Serving Our Community

Serving on local nonprofit boards is incredibly important for the growth and development of any community. These organizations serve as a vital lifeline to community members in need and work to address issues such as poverty, homelessness, and food insecurity. By serving on local boards, individuals are able to make a meaningful impact in their community and help create positive change. As a local community bank, we are proud to have a strong presence on several boards throughout our community. We recognize that supporting these organizations enriches the lives of everyone in our community. By working together, we can help make our community a better place for all.
